The construction of the spa will commence on mid April 2008, The expansion program is to upgrade the hotel facilities. The concept is of low building with Balinese architecture design to give a Paradise atmosphere with open air area. It is low laying structure and they are contracted between the Marina and Kingfisher Hall. It is on secluded area and away from the hotel room and swimming pool.
The construction is expected to complete early August 2008. No heavy machinery will be used. The construction area will be cordoned.
