 There are four Pent Suite types available at the Casa de la Rosa: Passadena Pent Suite, Lambada Pent Suite, Isabela Penthouse Suit and Nikita Penthouse Suite. Passadena Pent Suite comes with 1 king-sized bed and 1 single bed, and offers both the Garden and the Golf Course View and is located on the third floor. Lambada Pent Suite comes with 1 king-sized bed and 1 single bed, and offers both the Garden and the Golf Course View and is located on a private floor which is the third floor, accessible only via lift. Isabela Penthouse Suite and Nikita Penthouse Suite both come with 1 king-sized bed and 1 single bed, and offer both the Garden and the Golf Course View and is located on the third floor. They are a little smaller than Passadena and Lambada. All suites include facilities such as dining table, sofa, television with satellite channels, and a spacious bathroom with a long bathtub, shower, towels and a generous supply of essential toiletries.

 Garden View Rooms come with Garden Views and are located on Level 1 and Level 2. They are furnished with 1 king-sized bed and a carpet, which comfortably-accommodates 2 adults. No extra beds are allowed.

| Golf View Double |

 Golf View Double Room comes with a view of the Golf Course. The rooms are located on Level 2 only, and come with 1 king-sized bed. An extra bed can be supplied to comfortably-accommodate 3 adults. Some rooms are furnished with a carpet whilst some have parquet floorings.

| Family Triple Room |

 Family Triple Room comes with both Garden and the Golf View. Located on the ground floor, the rooms come with 1 king-sized bed and 1 single bed. All rooms are furnished with a carpet and no extra bed is allowed in these rooms. The room comfortably accommodates 3 adults and guests have direct access to the room without having to pass through the Main Lobby.

 Family Quad Room comes with both the Garden and the Golf View. Located on the first floor, the rooms come with 1 king-sized bed and 2 single beds. Big enough to accommodate an extra bed, the room can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. All rooms are furnished with a carpet.
