With treatments ranging from full-body massage to foot massage, spending some time here will both soothe and uplift you at the same time.
Using only the finest ingredients made 100% from natural herbs, the treatments are done amidst a stunning setting, helping the body rejuvenate itself. Promoting total healing inside-out, the treatments uses aromatic essential oils and rhythmic hand movements to improve blood circulation and evoke a sense of well-being.
Terms & Conditions:
Reservations: Advanced booking is recommended to secure preferred date and time of treatment.
Arrival: Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of their booked appointment as Samsara Spa policy states that treatments are to end on time so that the next person waiting for her appointment to start will not be inconvenienced.
Opening hours: Daily from 11 am to 8 pm; last treatment starts at 7 pm. A 50% surcharge applies for arrivals after 8 pm.
Special consideration: Please notify therapist or the reception upon arrival if you have any medical condition such as high blood pressure and heart condition, or if you are pregnant, have skin allergies or suffer from dermatological peeling, and other conditions.
Spa attire: Most treatments involving the body would require clothes to be taken off. However, all therapists are trained to protect guests' modesty at all times by draping a sheet or towel discreetly over private areas of the body not involved with treatment.
Valuables: Even though a locker is provided, it is advised that no items of value such as jewellery be worn when coming to the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations of bookings, a 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule appointment. Any cancellation done less than 3 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Full charges will be imposed for a 'no show'.
Payment: Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Resort's guests may request for their spa charges to be billed to their room. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to applicable Government Taxes.
