Rejuvenating Heat

Hot Springs Dipping Pools
Each day, three million litres of fresh hot water billows up from the ground below. There are natural pools as well as jacuzzi style dipping pools. The pools have adjustable temperatures ranging between 40°C to 70°C whereby guests are able to self- regulate according to their personal preferences.
Thermal Steam Cave
Located in the eastern part of the property, the steam cave offers a restorative form of therapy, which helps to soothe, relax, and detoxify. As the body temperature rises, and the pores open, perspiration begins: this perspiration in turn helps to eliminate toxins naturally from the body.
Anti-Oxidant Restoration Beds
A highly soothing method for promoting general well-being and vitality and anti-aging.

Cool Therapies

Ice Bath
Located just outside the steam cave, the ice bath and shower offers a highly invigorating form of therapy: a bracing plunge into a freezing body of water. This practise offers a variety of health-giving benefits, including increased circulation, reduced blood pressure, strengthening of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, contraction of the muscles to eliminate toxins, and strengthening of the mucous membranes to help resist hay fever, allergies, colds and coughs.

Outdoor Rainforest Shower
An outdoor rain shower with cold, fresh spring water direct from the rainforest, providing a cool, refreshing and re-energising feeling.

Alternative Healing

Meditation Cave
Dramatic and imposing, this limestone cave formation is one of the true wonders of The Banjaran. The cave interior offers guests a secluded sanctuary and a magnificent backdrop for their meditation practise.
Garra Rufa Pool Doctor Fish Pool
This unusual treatment, originating in Turkey, involves dipping one's legs into a pool of Garra Rufa fish (also known as Doctor fish), which then nibbles on a person's skin. This distinct health method is known to alleviate psoriasis and other skin complaints and is generally beneficial for scrubbing away dead skin cells and rejuvenating the skin. To complete the session, guests can enjoy a therapeutic stroll along our reflexology pebble walk located just nearby.
Fitness Centre
Our purpose-built fitness centre has ample training equipment and offers spectacular views of the nearby mountains and hot springs. Personal trainer consultations are available upon request.
Crystal Cave
With three amethyst caves and clear quartz crystals, guests can experience its metaphysical healing properties and private energy healing treatments such as Reiki in a unique setting.
Freeform Swimming Pool
Designed to blend in with the surrounding environment, the pool's warm waters are naturally heated from the underwater hot springs streams
